📦 Digital Products Only – No Shipping
We offer only digital products and do not ship any physical items. All purchases are delivered electronically via email, download link, or through your dashboard.
Because of the digital nature of our products:
- There are no physical returns.
- Shipping is not applicable under any circumstance.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the digital content (eBook, note, PDF, etc.) has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
- Cancellation is allowed only before the content is delivered or accessed.
- In case of any technical error such as duplicate payment, please contact our support team immediately for review.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- If we are unable to deliver the digital product you purchased.
- If you do not receive access to your content due to a technical error on our platform.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
- eBooks, Notes, Study Materials (once accessed or delivered)
- Digital subscriptions (once accessed)
- Payment gateway processing fees
⏱️ Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be made within 3 to 7 days of the purchase (depending on the product).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method. For COD or manual payments, valid bank details must be shared.
